I miss you but I can text you and say “I miss you” because then my boyfriend might see and be like “you miss WHO?” and then I’d have to explain how much I love you even though it doesn’t take away from how much I love him or the little pacts we have to get married and have children. What it all comes down to is I wish you were closer so we could grow older together.
